I always learn so much from your blogs, and they are so calming and reassuring. I know that I will be able to apply the ideas of not striving for perfection, not being so self-critical, and regrouping my thoughts to many situations in addition to persuasion. Thank you so much for another wonderful blog!

Thanks, Claudia,

So glad you liked the conversation. My book is loaded with them.

I haven't finished the magazine yet, but I stack my magazines beside my placemat and read them while I eat. Maybe it's like that old saying about luggage coming off the plane, "First in, last out," or in this case, "Last in, first out."

And today, I found another good article in the same Oprah, and just drafted something from that for next week, so stay tuned.

What great information, especially in today's world of marketing bombardment. We need all the mental "shields" we can get.

I'm glad you like the idea, and would love to hear how it works for you. You can use this technique with children as well as adults.

Good idea. It's what my five-year-olds do to me and drives me crazy when they say it instead of "yes." I think "Why?" instead of "no" is more productive.
